UK-based technology and operations leader with a background in managed services, networks, infrastructure and security. Experienced in leading larger teams, improving service performance and making technology work better for the business.
Background
I have spent much of my career around managed services, networks, infrastructure, security and service operations. As my roles have grown, the work has moved from solving individual technical problems to leading larger teams and fixing how the wider operation works.
I still value technical detail. It helps me ask better questions, spot weak assumptions and understand the risk behind a decision. I do not need to be the person configuring every system, but I do need to know whether a plan is sound and whether the team can support it.
Today my work covers team structure, service quality, client experience, technology direction and commercial performance. I am most useful where a business needs someone who can understand the engineering and still take responsibility for the wider result.

My role in senior leadership has covered client service, technical decisions, day-to-day performance and the commercial side of running a technology business.
My main leadership scope was approximately 65 employees, peaking at around 75 when Sales was included. I have had up to 19 direct reports, with a more recent structure of approximately eight.
